$OVT (Utility Token)
1. Overview
$OVT serves as the central currency for the Overtake platform, offering a wide array of utilities across our ecosystem. Initially, the utility and value of $OVT are derived from the games we develop. As the main currency for our games, $OVT will play an integral role in the following titles planned for release in 2024: Somnis: Rumble Rush, Golden Guardians and The Red One: Occultation.
2. Supply Schedule
2.1. Preseason Airdrops
Airdrops are allocated as rewards to community members who contribute to the growth of the OVERTAKE platform before the official season launches. Each game will have its own independent pool for these airdrops, ensuring tailored rewards for specific community engagement.
2.1.1. Somnis: Rumble Rush
Fixed Allocation: 1.5% of total supply
Bonus Allocation: The reward pool will grow based on game performance post-launch, with additional increases tied to community missions and milestone achievements.

1) 1.0% of total supply Users accumulate AP (Activity Points), which determines their share of the airdrop allocation. The allocation is calculated using the following formula: 2) 0.1% of total supply Chapter 3 POP holders will be evenly distributed with 0.1% of $OVT (link to POP) 3) 0.1% of total supply NFT card holders will be distributed with 0.1% of $OVT, proportionally based on the number of NFT cards held (link to market) 4) 0.3% of total supply Reward the top users on the leaderboard in the league tournament (with three tournaments held over three months)

3. Token Utilities
In these games, $OVT will be used to purchase NFT items such as weapons, skins, and upgrades. Specifically, in Somnis: Rumble Rush, $OVT facilitates the buying and selling of character cards. In Golden Guardians, players can use $OVT to acquire character costumes that aid in stage completion. Beyond these initial games, $OVT will drive all future blockchain values and utilities within our expanding portfolio of games.
Through its extensive utility, $OVT not only enhances gameplay experiences but also fosters a dynamic and interconnected ecosystem for all participants.
3.1. Exchangeability
In Game Assets The token can be exchanged for in-game assets across all games published by OVERTAKE. Users who opt to exchange tokens for these assets will benefit from a discount compared to other tokens or currencies.
Cross-Platform Assets The token can be exchanged for goods or services on OVERTAKE partner platforms, including Web2 platforms like PlayerAuctions, ItemBay and other item trading platforms. This broadens the token's utility across various gaming and digital ecosystems
3.2. Usability
In game asset synthesis The token can be used for the synthesis and enhancement of various game items. Additionally, by using the token, players can increase the success rate when synthesizing or enhancing probability-based game items, offering a strategic advantage in item progression.
Staking Staking is designed to give users a strategic advantage in both platform and in-game activities. It operates by either providing in-game rewards, such as items or passes, which incentivize active participation, or by increasing the AP Multiplier, directly boosting the rewards earned from various activities.
