What is Card Fragment Request and Support?

Card Fragment Requests: If you are a member of a Crew, you can request Normal or High Card Fragments every 24 hours, and Rare Card Fragments once a week. The number of Card Fragments you can receive per request varies depending on the Card's Grade. You cannot request Fragments for Cards you don't own.

Card Fragment Support: You can support Crew members by providing Card Fragments and receive rewards in return. The number of times you can provide Card Fragment Support varies depending on the Card's Grade and resets daily at midnight. When you provide Card Fragment Support, the reward amount differs based on the Card's Grade. You can earn Gold and Account EXP.
